The study presents the results of research on desonorization in dyslalia concerning phoniatric and phonatory determinants of the well-being of children with disorders in the realization of the voicing of obstruent phonemes. In over half of the studied children with desonorization, the phoniatric examination found the occurrence of dysphonic voice disorders. The logopedic examination of children with desonorization reveals abnormalities concerning voice emission and maximum phonation time, which indicate the need to refer the child for a phoniatric examination. In the case
of desonorization disorders an important condition for correct diagnostic-therapeutic management is phoniatric examination and specialist treatment.
