The editorial team of "Logopedia" will maintain the confidentiality of information collected at every stage of the article review and publication process, except for the information included in articles published in the journal.

The administrator of the personal data of the Author/Reviewer is the Polish Society of Speech Therapists,

located at ul. Sowińskiego 17, 20-040 Lublin.

Personal data will be used to facilitate the publishing process for the submitted article. Data will be processed based on Article 6(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR).

The collected data will be processed and stored for the duration necessary to complete the publishing process for the submitted article, considering the retention periods specified by applicable legal regulations.

The Author/Reviewer has the right to request access to their personal data, to correct or restrict its processing, and to have it deleted, provided that such actions comply with legal requirements.

The Author/Reviewer also has the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority if they suspect a violation of legal regulations in the processing of their personal data. Providing personal data is essential for the publication of the article and is required by law.
